We can't thank Jon enough for his amazing service during our refi. He was there every step of the way and got back to me promptly with every question (and I'm probably a much more demanding customer). He was polite, personable and accurate....

THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT VERY WELL BECAUSE jOHN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVEN THE SMALLEST DETAIL TO ME. HE ALSO MADE SURE i UNDERSTOOD WHAT i WAS SIGNING AND WHEN TO SIGN IT.

A lot of paper work

The refinancing process had been well explained including the timeline. Everything was done in the order expected and once all the documents were in place everything's completed withiut any issues.
