Mr. Bellemore was a very knowledgeable individual who gave me all of the answers regarding my mortgage application. I would recommend him to anyone. The rates were also good.

What started off as a mortgage loan to combine home-equity and first mortgage turned out to be a pleasure with John . He provided detailed reports in terms of costs and benefits of putting together this loan. Expeditious!

Great experience very patient, hard working, and motivated. He's the best!!

Jon was direct and clear about the rules, the pluses and minuses, and all the details. It was not hard to understand, and he did not push me in any direction. He just gave lucid, helpful advice.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly and i would highly recommend him. I liked the way he was always helpful with my questions and never pushy or bothersome He was extremely professional.

Jon was a fantastic person to worth with. Very prompt and went above and beyond. Any questions I had(which were many) were responded to very quickly. It was such a pleasure to work with you!

Jonathan was attentive, available and delightful to work with. He made the process of refinancing out home very painless. We spoke with him a year before we actually chose to proceed and he waited for us and kept out situation in mind - updating...
