Jonathan was informative and explained each step of the process. He was patient, but made sure we stayed on tasked so things did not hold up the process. Be was great.

There was a delay of approximately 4 hours to close because all of the necessary documents from the underwriters had not reached the title company. In the end, Jonathan came through and made closing happen on the scheduled day.
