The level of personal communication can't be best!

Jon made the process easy and answered every question we had promptly. Highly recommend!

My rate should had been lock right after approved by U.W. so I get favorable low rate & that did not happen, I ended up paying points to buy down the rate.My loan disclosure keeps on changing because of multiple back & forth rate changes!
