Tripper was awesome about staying in touch with me, even walking me through some of my concerns while he was on vacation.

In my experience, glitches are a frequent companion to getting mortgages underwritten. What was different this time is that Wendy did everything in her power to get the glitches straightened out, and her extra effort was greatly appreciated....
