First of all I am a hard person to work with. Mostly because I am a no nonsense person when talking business, I thought Brad was super to work with. He did not feel like he had to explain to you what you already know. Which I personal appreciated....

The money was late for closing and the buyer was unaware that they needed to bring a cashier's check to closing. Positive side the written statement was on time.
