Prompt response to all of my questions from beginning to end.
Everything! Never felt like I was alone through the process nor did I feel I was just a random customer. Couldn’t have picked a better company to work with on the purchase of my first house.
Chris was absolutely fantastic however I feel like the back office operations should have looked at what paperwork was already submitted before asking me to submit other paperwork over again and again.
