Staff had horrible communication with us. We never knew what to expect next. We waited around for days, not hearing anything and then when we did hear back about more documentation that was needed to process the loan they wanted them ASAP....

Excellent communication timely with documents assured assets making getting to the table stress free.

Mike was great! On top of everything, even offered great suggestions for programs I didn't even know about. Responded to every question and request immediately! Can't say enough great thing about my experience!

Jill was absolutely amazing with a client. From start to finish the client was extremely informed and Jill never skipped a beat. She was always available on the phone to put out any fires. I would definitely use Jill again and recommend her...
