Michelle kept me in the loop of anything going on whether it was good or bad.
Michelle cared. Even though it took a while for everything to roll, she was patient with me. She even worked on the weekends to be sure I had everything that she needed and that I needed to help keep the process at an all time high.
Michelle always made time to answer our questions, and she helped us understand the loan process step by step without overwhelming us with too much information!
