Cynthia is very personable and very knowledgeable. She cares about each person and respects and treats everyone very well . We would not go to anyone else for a home loan or a refinance loan.
Ben is super attentive and responsive to our needs. He is really clear about the process, doesn't mind questions and is patient as he explains everything to us.
