Cynthia was very professional and extremely helpful in helping me navigate the loan and home buying process. She was very excited for me and encouraged me every step of the way!
Poor communication at the end. Last minute issues came up that could have been avoided. Funding was delayed, causing the closing to be delayed a couple days.
