Communication was good
This is my second experience with Michelle. I had such a good experience with my original mortgage that I immediately called her when I was ready to refinance. It went very quickly and smoothly.
Michelle and the process she uses makes everything pretty painless. And quick. She was easy to get ahold of if I had questions.
