Did not feel much support from Jeff. It was difficult at times to get in contact and lack of communication. Also rates were not Locked into during customers request risking rates to increase. Which happened to me leaving me to buy down a point...

In past experiences with buying a house it seamed over welming. This time was so much easier. Communication was great between all of us if we didn't understand something the team was there weather it be josh Meagan or your self.
