There were things done that was not explained why it took place and that an additional charge. For example I was charged homeowners insurance which was already paid plus an additional amount for interest. Not satisfied with explanation given....

Had minor issues with appraisal process.
Better communication. If I had been informed sooner about getting my tax transcripts directly instead of waiting for the IRS to submit it to your company, I could have received my loan at least a week sooner.
