Chad Trease and PrimeLending made my mortgage application process a pleasant experience. Chad answered all my questions during my initial interview with him, followed a process, reminded me when I owed him documents, and immediately answered...

Chad Trease administered my previous loan when I bought my house. He did an excellent job then and he did again with the refinancing of my mortgage. This was actually the easiest loan closing I had ever done, and it was mostly done remotely....

Trease Mortgage helped me get my first house 4 years ago and got me a refi to lower my interest and give me a plan to pay off my house in 10 years Chad and Trisha were fantastic in doing this and they are always available to answer any questions...
