We met John when we first bought out home. He was helpful, informative, and eased us through the process. This time we refinanced during the pandemic. While we were unable to sit with John, the process was still easy and John was there every...

John was excellent, I would highly recommend him to any of my peers!
Him and his staff where very friendly and courteous. Getting the mortgage through this company was a very pleasant experience. Not only do I feel great about the financial piece, but I feel like I’ve made Life long friends as well.
John is the best to work with! He always goes above and beyond for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mortgage company. John made our process smooth and seamless - it was the best experience for first time homebuyers!...

Domenic is the best.
Easy process.
Immediate turnaround on any and all questions, and a remarkably easy transaction, despite the overa insanity of COVID-19, etc. We couldn’t be happier.

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
