Some of the employees were very helpful in providing support and assistance, especially in the absence of staff members you've been communicating with through emails or on the phone before entering the office in person.
I was able to reach out and speak with representatives with questions and for clarification on items needed. Everyone there was very courteous and patient with helping me through the loan process. A great group of folks!
