It seems communication amongst the team was not working well
Also, at my closing when I was about to walk out the door I was stopped because there was a ques as to whether someth else was needed
Not a good sign
Great experience with Kayla Ellis for my first time buyers. She did an excellent job communicating with the buyers and me as their agent in keeping us updated on the loan and responded quickly whenever we had any questions.
