The $1,000 rebate from.element lending needs to be included in the 1st estimated cash need for closing and not the day before closing. It took 2 weeks after closing for us to get our $1,000.
All the quick responses to my very many questions. Any time I sent an email I was sure to get either the answer or my email was forwarded to the person who would know the answer.
