    I was unclear on a lot of things. Such as the interest rate, the lock in parameters, etc. Brian did not appear overly patient in explaining those concerns.

    The initial experience with Brian wasn’t good. It got a little better after someone else came in to help. Once I had to deal with him again, I just worked with him to get my loan closed and the process done.
