    It took three extentions to close and the last one was pretty lame, they wanted to know where our down payment was coming from, what did it matter we had it and it was ready to go, that should have been good enough and we should have just closed...

    Laiken had everything on her end ready for the buyers to close sooner than expected. Even after some appraisal delays that were out of her control, the closing date was still right around the timeline as expected. 5 Stars!
