Andrea made sure we were always aware of where we were in the process, the communication was great. Loan terms and expenses were as she told us when we applied for the loan and from the application to appraisal to final approval everything...

The mortgage process is always difficult - so much paperwork and always on a tight deadline. Mike's team was prompt (even late at night - offering their personal cell phone numbers) and helpful during this time. I appreciate their assistance...
