Andrea was available, attentive, and communicative. I never had difficulty getting hold of her, she was very approachable, and answered any question I had in a timely fashion. I could not have hoped for a smoother mortgage loan experience.

Brent was very helpful through the whole process. He helped with a lot of question i had and made everything easy to understand.
