Ben was on top of things each week and day and I felt like he did his best in every way to communicate with me, my client, the other agent and the title company to keep things moving forward. Even with unexpected hiccups out of his control,...

There was a last minute snag with the loan. Jason didn’t drop a beat!! We closed only one day past the contract date. He really came through!!

There was a last minute problem with securing the loan; but Jason was able to correct while on vacation and in the end we are IN our new house, just 3 -4days or so later.

This is the third home I’ve bought using bart and he’s awesome!
