Josh was always on top of communicating with me about our loan. He explained the process top to bottom so we never felt unprepared or caught off guard

Staff was not able to communicate and respond well. They could be overwhelm with workload or may be did not receive enough attention and admiration from the management.

Josh was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He was very helpful and was able to step in when another lender’s process let us down. He stepped in on short notice and got everything ready for our closing at the original time!
