Jim made the progress very simple. I just had to send in the required paper work and he did the rest. Very smooth. I will definitely recommend his services to everyone

Jim was always available to answer any questions and kept us informed of every step in the lending process until settlement. He was very easy to talk to and closed the transaction much earlier than the expected closing date!

Jim was great from start to finish. Even on an abbreviated timeline, he got to the closing table on schedule.
