It was a nice journey through a loan that is not as easy as others. This FHA 203k requirements are more extensive than other loan, and it was managed well. Ups and downs were seen on the process, but all the roadblocks were cleared diligently....

aspect of this transaction relating to the lender beyond the pale of unpleasant. closed two months late with delays that were nonsense. all the parties on both buy, and sell side were astounded at the unprofessionalism and lack of protocol...
