I personally liked the fact that if I called/messaged him he would answer back right away and always had an answer for my question. If he didn't have the answer he would find out then get back to me.
David was readily available to answer questions and looked into many ways to get me the best mortgage possible. I never felt rushed and I felt like he cared about me on a personal level.
