I felt out of the loop at most points during this loan process. I returned all documents same day or next morning. Processor, LO, and underwriting need to speak more to eachother.

I think the communication could have been better at the end when it was closing time. We had to extend the closing because things weren't coming together on time and communication wasn't there in that crucial time.
