    Tom was very informative during the entire process, kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Tom was always available for any questions I had during the process. Would recommend him to anyone who was going to buy a new home.

    Basically, USDA had the process at a stand still but Tom worked on it diligently until it was approved. Tom had the knowledge and experience and saved the day.
