Communication was a big factor
Kirsten was very attentive & great communicator with my clients and everyone else that was part our transaction.
Kirsten was great to work with very responsive and great communication!
It was my first time buying a house so it was confusing to me. Val and his team made it easy to understand.

Having the buyer vetted a little more before doing a pre approval. Debt to income should have been figured out up front.

The communication was lacking from the lender to both Agents and the Buyer. There were no explanations of what was going on with the loan until the last minute causing multiple setbacks and delays for both the buyer and seller.
