Julie was very informative and thorough. She made it a very pleasant experience and I always was informed of what was taking place.

Julie did a great job communicating and educating me through the process. She was quick to reply to any questions I had and helped me follow through with all the paper work that goes into obtaining a loan.

Jennifer was very professional throughout the entire process. I needed a pre-approval letter quickly and she did this over the phone on a Sunday morning. She was extremely patient and helpful and was always attentive to my questions and concerns....
