This was my second loan from Fairway and I continue to be blown away by the experience. From beginning to end they are right there with updates and reminders and you really feel like they are your friends who just really want you to succeed....

I am new to the home buying experience. Tom and his team were very patient and understanding of all my concerns. Any question I had was responded to quickly. I really felt at ease knowing I could talk to them.

You're constant decisions to not keep us informed before sending us forms. Your condescending tone and telling us that if essentially we didn't like the rates because you didn't make the rules that we could go ahead and shop elsewhere. And...

There was a bit of confusion with the closing costs due to cashier's checks. Some of the information requested to verify seemed a bit intrusive as there were gifts as part of closing and bank statements for the giver's were requested. Also...

I'd definitely use them again next time

All went fast and smooth

Chris didn't understand our situation, and was extremely condescending over the phone and by email. It was almost as if he was working against us because we weren't asking for a $500,000 loan. He made it seem like we weren't worth his effort...
