    Closing was dragged to last day, not provided the disclosure untill few mins before the day of closing. It was tress full time until the closing because of mortgage lender confirmation.. your closing team needs to be more proactive.. the application...

    Poor communication, totally unorganized process. Missed my closing date yet no one has a sense of urgency to clear my loan quickly and close on time even for the extended closing date.
