Our loan officer was good but the issues with the loan process was terrible. It took all the way to the evening before closing to obtain the loan approvals and this was after two reschedules for closing. In addition, memos to our situation...

Communication was terrible. I asked for updates and would be ignored. I had to find the loan processor to get an update. It took over 3 weeks to get the appraisal ordered, I kept asking for updates and asked for this to be reassigned because...
