JR was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. We were not easy customers to get approved, but JR made it happen. He got us a much lower down payment and a much lower rate than we had anticipated.

Chad was helpful but the other staff did not communicate clearly, they gave incorrect information and did not work in a timely manner. This is the 4th home I have purchased and it was the worst exoerience with a mortgage company.
