More time to review loan documentation, received less than 24 hours before having to go to the Title Agency to sign. Also the disclosure of closing costs were received a week before closing.
Susy was great to work with. She went above and beyond standard procedures in order to achieve a very fast closing.
Speed and efficiency
She made the overall process easy and simple. This is my 3rd time going through a home buying process, and Erin has by far been the greatest. Helpful, informative and to the point.
