He would keep me inform by text, e-mail or phone call of what was going on with my loan. When my stress levels got the best of me he had the patience to talk to me. That is something I really appreciated and thank him for it.
I was always able to get in touch with him and his team. I was kept updated all the way through. Even with the ridiculous slow appraisal.
