The overall loan process is stressful enough, FFB, Bobby & Chris did a really great job communicating and being available at any point to help us through the process.
Bobby was very clear as to what the process was and what documents were needed. He also took it upon himself to work very hard at getting me a good interest rate. Made the world of difference.
Bobby was super helpful, great at communication, willing to run numbers and make adjustments (like rolling my FFN loan into my refi) Great sense of humor and an all around pleasant person to do business with.
