Our closing process took over 4 months. We had to have three inspections because “the underwriters added things” and we were not told about crucial things that needed to be done before close until right before, therefore delaying it further....

If my questions were answered. All questions were either ignored or deflected. I was lucky to receive more than 3 words at a time and often received duplicate answers when I asked for clarification.
