Great communication and service. Very happy with my experience.
Communication was horrible. We waited days, sometimes weeks before even getting a response. The lack of knowledge about what we needed was incorrect, we ended up having to speak to her supervisor who clarified the correct information.

The only complaint was that we were given bad info on the location of the closing. As instructed, we went to Lawyer's Abstract in downtown Greensburg and the closing person went to our house.
Lynne and Zaine Tomkowski did a magnificent job. I personally dealt with Zaine through the entire process and spoke with Lynne a few times for clarification or if I had a question or didn't understand. Both are wonderful people and really help...

Poor communication and moved very slowly have to charge my closing date 3 times
