The "great" was the trust he engenders. You give him what he needs, and he does all the rest. If there is a change, he is on it, and communicates what is happening. There is no "what could have been better."
David was more than helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly when we put an offer in and worked with us to achieve the numbers we wanted. David is so friendly and easy to work with!
