I needed to get pre-approved quickly over a weekend, and the response was excellent. The entire process went smoothly, and I always knew exactly where things stood. Excellent communication.
The communication was awesome! Always available to answer questions and they make sure I understood everything that was going on.
Alex was able to communicate very thoroughly and showed a lot of patience for my lack of technical skill with the online process. His persistence paid off as all docs were in order.
