It was helpful
Clear and constant communication was great. When we had a question, we received a response very quickly. Very efficient loan process and closing. We were very happy with the entire process.
David was very friendly, and his team were able to help us out with anything we needed along the way.
The communication was not super clear and a lot of emails were grammatically incorrect, making them hard to read. There was continued questioning about who was on the loan even at the closing.
