It went very well I'm very happy with how things went
Aric was not very encouraging at looking at alternative loan options. I felt that he only wanted to stick with conventional loan. The pre approved amount of loan was a made up number and the interest rate was unobtainable.
As first time home buyers Tabby took plenty of time to walk us through the process to make sure we understood all of the details... She was always quick responding to any questions we had and was really great to work with.
This will be our 3rd home loan with this team and this time I have a lot more questions because income has changed and Alex and Tyler have been so helpful and kind with answering my many questions! Looking forward to closing on our next home...
