Would recommend Fran to anyone very professional and ahead of the game and very friendly person
Needs slight improvement on communication around emails from other people (third party services). I had to reach out to verify because there are too many phishing opportunities in your process.
Tabitha was great but better communication with Chase as many of emails were not answered Or not responded to.
