Communication is a huge part of why I rated Daniel and his team so high. The lending process can be overwhelming without the right company & manager helping out. In my case everything went smoothly and I couldn't have been happier.
Nick was always quick to answer any questions and was very patient with us as first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable as well and laid out all of the options for us. He made sure we understood all the options as well.
You need to tell people upfront about the numerous times you will be asking for more documents. If we would have known that at the start it would have made the experience much more palatable. As it was, we felt almost like we were being treated...
