Chris was excellent. Very responsive, professional and an excellent communicator. I switched lenders in the middle of the contract and he was still able to get my loan closed in time.

Joe has great customer service skills. He is always available for questions or concerns. I was very comfortable working with him.
Great communication. Kept me updated. Stuck with me through the lengthy process and through his move from a different company.
Overall, it was fine, but I got the impression that there was a lack of communication across the team. I had to call to get clarification on some things and what I was told them contradicted what I was told later.
