Overall we had a good experience. Communication at times was not great, however we still closed on time. Everyone was very nice and never rude.
Chris did an amazing job as our loan originator. Most importantly, he helped us clear up an erroneous collection that was in our name, which wasn’t even his job. He’s the reason we were able to secure a house that was far and above our expectations....

We like the visual aids used on the computer and Chad was so easy to work with, kept us very informed in a timely manner.
