I don't think I could improve anything.
It went soo smoothly I did find it a bit creepy, and my paranoia started to kick in.
I thought this is going too easy, what am I doing wrong.
I hope that makes sense.

Excellent communication and quick closing turn around. Especially loved option to refinance for free with lower rate in future.
Osgood was great to work with. As a first time homebuyer, he explained the process very well in way that easy to understand. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend NFM to anybody I know that is looking buy.
